Hitech S 800 Review
If
you are looking for a big screen 5 inch phone at a budget price than Hitech S
800 is just the ideal phone for you. Hitech S 800 comes at a throw away price
of just a little over Rs.5000 but don’t under value the phone just because it
is cheaply priced.
Hitech
S 800 comes with 1 GHz, Dual core Processor and 512 RAM which makes the phone
highly efficient. May be a bit better RAM could actually make the phone real
fun to use but even 512 MB RAM is good enough and as such the phone doesn’t hang
or lag as most other android phone do.
It
operates on Android v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) and comes with Accelerometer, and
Proximity sensor providing a superior touch experience. Once you start using
the phone it doesn’t give you that low budget phone feel. Hitech S 800 comes with 4 GB internal memory and a expandable
memory slot for upto 32 GB so you can upgrade your storage capacity any time.
The
Screen Resolution of the phone is 480 X 800 Pixels with 187 PPI pixels Density
which is slightly on the lower end and one area were the phone can upgrade
considerably. Not that it isn’t good but improving on the screen resolution can
give a far superior experience to its users.
As
far as camera is concerned it is loaded with 8 Megapixel Primary Camera and 1.2
Mega Pixel Secondary Camera with Digital zooming option which provide a
superior photo shooting experience. It also has powerful flash so you can shoot
photos any time during the day or night.
As
far as battery is concerned it comes with 2000 Mah Li-on which is slightly on
the lower end. Being a 5 inch screen I would have preferred at least 2500 Mah
battery but again as it is very cheaply priced android gadget we just can’t
complain. The battery just manages to last for a day (just about).
So
all in all Hitech S 800 is a very good android device for a set priced below
Rs.6000. I am a very happy and satisfied customer of Hitech S 800. Yes would
want the company to improve on its battery backup and screen resolution but
even if doesn’t I dn’t have anything much to complain.
