How to unlock Pattern lock (Factory Reset) for Samsung Galaxy Core GT-I8262? (Hard Reset)

Pattern lock is an easy and convenient of keeping intruders distant away from your phone. Normally if you don’t know the pattern, it is just impossible to unlock your phone and see the contents inside. But as we know everything has a darker side and this goes true in case of pattern lock as well. Sometime to many pattern lock attempts may lead to your device locking you out and the only way possible is to perform a hard reset (Factory Reset) your android gadget. Now if you know these simple steps you can easily perform a hard reset (Factory reset) at home and save yourself at least a few hundred bucks (normal charge for performing a factory reset for Samsung Galaxy Core GT-I8262 by an expert). The loop hole of performing a factory reset on your device though is that all your phone data ( i.e- music, photos, contacts and every there information saved on your android device) will be permanently deleted.

So here is a simple and easy step by step guide on how to unlock pattern lock for your Samsung Galaxy Core GT-I8262.
1.       First and foremost charge you phone 100 percent just to prevent your phone from getting bricked while performing the hard reset. While performing the factory reset process, if your phone powers off, it can cause irrecoverable damage to your phone.

2.       Now power off your phone.

3.       Next you need to hold the home screen button, volume key up as well as volume key down button simultaneously. Hold it for few seconds, your phone will enter recovery mode.
P.S- If the above process doesn’t work try holding the home screen and Volume up key or Volume down Key only.

4.       Once your phone enter recovery mode, select swipe wipe data ( using the volume up and volume down key) and press the Power button to select.
5.       The next option flashing on the screen would be “Yes delete all user data”. Use the volume key again to select and hit the power button.

It will take few minutes to erase all data on your phone and once your phone boots again it will be good as new.

Micromax Canvas A63 review

Micromax Canvas A63 hangs a lot

Micromax Canvas has indeed created a brand value for itself in the android world. It is mostly known for providing good phones at budget price. If you are an android user you most know most of the android device hangs and created problems sooner or later but with my Micromax Canvas A 63, the problem started sooner than expected and even with very limited apps installed it works at snail speed.

Though loaded with Dual-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 Processor, 4GB internal memory and 512 RAM, the performance f the phone is very poor. Besides Whatsapp, Candy Crush is the only game installed in the phone and even than the phone hangs like hell. Just after 2-3 minutes of starting candy Crush, the phone starts lagging and slows down comparatively.  So on ground of performance I would rate the phone 2 out of 5.

Now let me move forward to the battery performance, though it has a Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery it runs for just 6-7 hours without using the internet. I have used android gadgets before and I know battery performance depends on the usage of apps, etc but with my Micromax Canvas A63 I seldom use any apps (beside playing Candy Crush for 10-15 minutes during the day) and the phone battery runs dry. If the phone is fully charged up ( ie- 100 percent) the performance of the battery is touch better but if you charge is say 50-60 % than within 30-40 minutes your phone will drain all the battery and start beeping because of low battery.  So, even the battery performance of the phone is very poor.

So over all Micromax Canvas A63 is a waste of money and if you looking to buy the low budget phone to use all those android apps and play those cool android games you surely will be pulling you hair and start swearing  once you start using the phone.
